At Ronnie's Hair Studio, we value our clients' time and commitment. In order to provide the best service to all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

1. No Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be considered a "no show." Repeat no-shows may result in being unable to schedule future appointments.

2. 24-Hour Cancellation: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel your appointment. We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

3. 50% Fee for Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. This fee is to compensate for the time that could have been allocated to another client.
